At The Debt Relief Company our ultimate goal is always to help our clients get out of debt with as much ease as possible. We help Americans get out of debt in 4 years or less and we love saving our clients money. We believe the world would be a much better place with less debt in it. Ultimately it's our goal to help reduce consumer debt totals, even if it's just by a little bit. We are proud supporters of debt free living and believe that debt is a necessary tool in the modern world but one that has gotten out of control for many American households.
We always try to make our clients the priority and help them in eliminating their debt completely. Each debt relief program is mapped out in order to best provide realistic expectations with our clients. We strongly believe in our ability to save you money off your debt. We never charge upfront fees, and if we don't save you money, we will not charge you a dime! This is how we ensure that our goals are aligned with our clients and that our ability to collect fees is contingent on their success in paying down credit card debt.

Adem Selita
CEO & Co-founder
Adem Selita is CEO at The Debt Relief Company, where he combines his expertise in technology and service development in order to drive our core values. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York University and began his journey into debt relief back in 2015. Adem is known for his thoughtful and conscientious approach to decision-making, making sure that our core values remain aligned with client satisfaction.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Adem believes in the power of doing business the right way. As the moral compass of the company, Adem ensures every decision is driven by integrity and that we remain committed to the well-being of both clients and employees alike.
Dino Selita
President & Co-founder
Dino Selita is President at The Debt Relief Company, where he plays a vital role in generating new business and ensuring clientele always get the best possible outcome. He has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry and has a degree in Finance from Wagner College. Dino is renowned for his outside the box thinking and there is no problem so big he can’t solve. He is integral to our day to day operations and excels at navigating the complexities of the debt relief industry.
Dino is a loyal husband and proud father of four children. He is deeply family-oriented and his commitment to helping others is tremendous. His values-driven approach emphasizes fairness and a client-first philosophy and he is in large part the reason who are where we are today.
Ajdin Lekperic
CXO & Co-founder
Ajdin Lekperic is CXO at The Debt Relief Company, where he is dedicated to educating both clients and employees alike. He comes from a first generation American working class family and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. His expertise spans across multiple industries and Ajdin has held many different roles, including but not limited to: learning & development, sales operations, and small business management.
Ajdin is a firm believer in providing hands-on support to help clients overcome debt and help them establish a strong financial foundation for the future. He has also been integral in shaping the company’s strategy and direction, focusing on both client experience and employee development.
Our Origin Story
The Debt Relief Company was born out of a commitment to help consumers save money and get out of debt as quickly as possible while also providing a fair and transparent service. We started with some simple word of mouth and a desire to always put our clients first. Years of navigating the debt relief industry and financial services industry have honed our expertise in the space and have allowed us to add our own personal touch to how we think a debt relief program should look. We operate of our own accord and although we are a profit seeking business we always put the success of our clients before profits.
A Desire to Do Better
Our company was created from a desire to do better and create good in an industry that often got a bad reputation. Doing good isn't always the easy thing to do but it's the right thing to do. Whatever you put your heart into... whether the people like it or not your hope should always be to leave that impression. That was our intention when we created the company. To be sincere, forthcoming, transparent and to show everyone that we like helping people save money and get out of debt. It's fun!

With nearly a decade of expertise in the debt relief industry, we've been dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial freedom since 2018. We hold true to our values of being against debt. As a small family business, we founded our company without the use of any debt or financing. The proof is in the pudding.
We want to empower struggling Americans to achieve debt-free lives and secure their financial futures. We've also striven to enhance financial literacy nationwide through alternative story telling initiatives like The Credit Card Monster. These initiatives were designed to educate and inform consumers about managing debt wisely. We are also strong supporters of budgeting and financial freedom and finding ways to save consumers money whenever possible.
